Exposure and Slope The vineyard is planted on flat land in a valley that runs from east to west, and is thus exposed to the sun practically all day long.

The summer of 2014 was normal in our region, with higher than average temperatures in July and only one heat wave. Average air temperatures in the month of August were
below normal, and it was a dry month as far as rainfall was concerned. Average monthly air temperatures for September were above the normal for 1971 to 2000. As for rainfall,
September was extremely rainy, 9 time the average, especially in the last 20 days of the month.
Winemaking Pressed and then fermented off skins. Hand-picked at dawn. The picked grapes are destemmed and lightly pressed to obtain juice of the desired colour. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 14ºC.
